House Wash
What is House Wash?
House Wash is often confused with power washing. A power washer with a higher GPM or (Gallons Per Minute) setting, is used to provide more water and less pressure, for rinsing soap that is applied to Vinyl siding and Stucco. This process is used to remove mould, mildew and dirt, from the exterior of YOUR home. We also have a special soap solution to whiten YOUR gutters. The Run-off from your roof often causes black lines, that we identify as Tiger Striping. Gutter Whitening is also offered as a separate service.
Who will benefit?
We provide this service to Residential, and Commercial properties, in Spring, Summer and Fall.
What is the difference between House Wash and Power Wash?
A power washer is used with a higher GPM (Gallons Per Minute) setting to provide more water and less pressure, for rinsing soap that is applied to Vinyl siding and Stucco. This process is used to remove mould, mildew and dirt. The cleaning solution is a mixture of mild soap, and diluted bleach additive.
Why should i use this method?
House Washing is the safest way to clean your home. If you use or hire someone who is using a power washer, to clean your vinyl siding, or stucco, you risk causing damage to those surfaces. Let Window Kare Cleaning Services provide this service for you, and put your mind at ease.
